Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population was 399,358; and represented 6.29% of the total Illinois female population in 2023.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (214,770), followed by DuPage County (62,870), and Lake County (33,345).

On the other hand, Brown County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (6), followed by Alexander County (6), and Scott County (8).
