Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population was 392,770; and represented 6.17% of the total Illinois female population in 2022.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (212,444), followed by DuPage County (61,914), and Lake County (32,531).

On the other hand, Brown County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (6), followed by Alexander County (6), and Scott County (8).
