Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (212,603), followed by DuPage County (61,241), and Lake County (31,457).

On the other hand, Brown County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (6), followed by Alexander County (7), and Scott County (8).
