Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (192,435), followed by DuPage County (54,565), and Lake County (26,128).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (3), followed by Scott County (8), and Pope County (9).
