Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (199,412), followed by DuPage County (60,924), and Lake County (31,501).

On the other hand, Scott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (3), followed by Calhoun County (3), and Schuyler County (6).
