Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (209,518), followed by DuPage County (60,117), and Lake County (30,127).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (7), followed by Brown County (7), and Scott County (8).
