Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population was 340,680; and represented 5.19% of the total Illinois female population in 2013.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (187,468), followed by DuPage County (53,010), and Lake County (25,312).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (3), followed by Pope County (7), and Scott County (8).
