Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (213,956), followed by DuPage County (60,662), and Lake County (30,777).

On the other hand, Brown County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (6), followed by Gallatin County (7), and Scott County (8).
