Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (207,604), followed by DuPage County (59,468), and Lake County (29,595).

On the other hand, Scott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (7), followed by Gallatin County (7), and Brown County (8).
