Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population was 318,576; and represented 4.86% of the total Illinois female population in 2011.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (175,502), followed by DuPage County (49,942), and Lake County (23,752).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (3), followed by Pope County (6), and Scott County (8).
