Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population was 358,500; and represented 5.48% of the total Illinois female population in 2015.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (196,956), followed by DuPage County (55,791), and Lake County (27,024).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (3), followed by Brown County (7), and Scott County (8).
