Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population was 373,207; and represented 5.74% of the total Illinois female population in 2017.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (204,811), followed by DuPage County (58,177), and Lake County (28,797).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (2), followed by Scott County (8), and Brown County (8).
