Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (200,318), followed by DuPage County (56,842), and Lake County (27,877).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (3), followed by Scott County (7), and Pope County (9).
