Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population was 329,511; and represented 5.02% of the total Illinois female population in 2012.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (181,314), followed by DuPage County (51,440), and Lake County (24,499).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (4), followed by Pope County (6), and Scott County (7).
