Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population was 307,594; and represented 4.70% of the total Illinois female population in 2010.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (169,224), followed by DuPage County (48,427), and Lake County (23,201).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone female population (3), followed by Pope County (6), and Scott County (8).
