Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population was 366,512; and represented 5.84% of the total Illinois male population in 2021.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (197,707), followed by DuPage County (59,418), and Lake County (30,098).

On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (2), followed by Scott County (4), and Schuyler County (4).
