Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population was 364,827; and represented 5.77% of the total Illinois male population in 2020.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (199,273), followed by DuPage County (58,672), and Lake County (29,373).

On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (3), followed by Scott County (4), and Schuyler County (4).
