Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population was 339,244; and represented 5.39% of the total Illinois male population in 2016.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (184,412), followed by DuPage County (53,773), and Lake County (26,133).

On the other hand, Calhoun County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (1), followed by Gallatin County (2), and Scott County (3).
