Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population was 333,200; and represented 5.28% of the total Illinois male population in 2015.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (181,550), followed by DuPage County (52,737), and Lake County (25,261).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (2), followed by Calhoun County (2), and Scott County (3).
