Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population was 325,263; and represented 5.14% of the total Illinois male population in 2014.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (177,704), followed by DuPage County (51,491), and Lake County (24,287).

On the other hand, Scott County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (3), followed by Schuyler County (3), and Pulaski County (3).
