Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Illinois Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population was 295,846; and represented 4.69% of the total Illinois male population in 2011.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (162,157), followed by DuPage County (46,672), and Lake County (22,113).

On the other hand, Gallatin County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Asian alone male population (2), followed by Calhoun County (2), and Pulaski County (3).
