Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 408,719 and represented 6.44% of the total Illinois female population (6,348,606).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (219,666), followed by DuPage County (63,674), and Lake County (34,168).
