Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 357,938 and represented 5.46% of the total Illinois female population (6,560,509).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (197,037), followed by DuPage County (55,222), and Lake County (26,740).
