Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 366,572 and represented 5.60% of the total Illinois female population (6,545,496).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (201,625), followed by DuPage County (56,449), and Lake County (27,655).
