Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 348,459 and represented 5.31% of the total Illinois female population (6,566,512).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (191,987), followed by DuPage County (53,646), and Lake County (25,892).
