Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 314,981 and represented 4.81% of the total Illinois female population (6,543,435).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (173,615), followed by DuPage County (48,952), and Lake County (23,753).
