Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 373,282 and represented 5.72% of the total Illinois female population (6,523,873).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (205,039), followed by DuPage County (57,510), and Lake County (28,516).
