Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 396,734 and represented 6.14% of the total Illinois female population (6,467,086).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (218,988), followed by DuPage County (61,443), and Lake County (31,545).
