Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 398,511 and represented 6.21% of the total Illinois female population (6,416,681).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (217,602), followed by DuPage County (62,051), and Lake County (32,210).
