Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 391,145 and represented 6.07% of the total Illinois female population (6,443,120).
Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (214,378), followed by DuPage County (60,819), and Lake County (30,812).
