Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 381,563 and represented 5.87% of the total Illinois female population (6,501,339).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (209,585), followed by DuPage County (58,861), and Lake County (29,445).
