Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 337,147 and represented 5.14% of the total Illinois female population (6,562,818).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (185,761), followed by DuPage County (52,032), and Lake County (25,069).
