Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 402,052 and represented 6.32% of the total Illinois female population (6,363,917).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (217,387), followed by DuPage County (62,722), and Lake County (33,309).
