Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 387,376 and represented 5.99% of the total Illinois female population (6,472,590).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (212,432), followed by DuPage County (60,172), and Lake County (30,259).
