Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Asian Alone female population in Illinois was 326,072 and represented 4.97% of the total Illinois female population (6,555,863).

Among Illinois counties, Cook County had the highest Asian Alone female population (179,906), followed by DuPage County (50,510), and Lake County (24,314).
