Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 3,724,238; and represented 58.66% of the total Illinois female population in 2023.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,045,622), followed by DuPage County (293,729), and Will County (207,357).

On the other hand, Alexander County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,497), followed by Pulaski County (1,502), and Hardin County (1,653).
