Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 3,810,996; and represented 59.39% of the total Illinois female population in 2021.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,077,008), followed by DuPage County (301,321), and Will County (212,828).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,561), followed by Alexander County (1,613), and Hardin County (1,674).
