Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 4,158,009; and represented 63.42% of the total Illinois female population in 2011.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,171,865), followed by DuPage County (331,175), and Lake County (229,768).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,955), followed by Pope County (1,973), and Hardin County (2,056).
