Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 3,756,210; and represented 59.02% of the total Illinois female population in 2022.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,055,956), followed by DuPage County (296,596), and Will County (209,187).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,518), followed by Alexander County (1,560), and Hardin County (1,631).
