Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,654,104; and represented 58.93% of the total Illinois male population in 2023.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,021,931), followed by DuPage County (287,146), and Will County (205,471).

On the other hand, Alexander County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,446), followed by Pulaski County (1,559), and Hardin County (1,674).
