Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2019, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 3,913,752; and represented 60.74% of the total Illinois female population in 2019.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,101,165), followed by DuPage County (310,205), and Will County (217,735).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,715), followed by Hardin County (1,810), and Pope County (1,870).
