Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 4,139,359; and represented 63.07% of the total Illinois female population in 2012.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,169,688), followed by DuPage County (330,022), and Will County (228,835).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,934), followed by Pope County (1,953), and Hardin County (2,039).
