Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 4,061,183; and represented 62.05% of the total Illinois female population in 2015.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,148,532), followed by DuPage County (324,168), and Will County (225,321).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,835), followed by Pope County (1,889), and Hardin County (1,922).
