Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 3,952,262; and represented 61.06% of the total Illinois female population in 2018.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,113,023), followed by DuPage County (314,197), and Will County (220,102).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,765), followed by Hardin County (1,823), and Pope County (1,871).
