Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 4,119,320; and represented 62.73% of the total Illinois female population in 2013.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,166,038), followed by DuPage County (328,739), and Will County (227,897).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,928), followed by Pope County (1,949), and Hardin County (1,988).
