Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 4,173,228; and represented 63.78% of the total Illinois female population in 2010.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,175,052), followed by DuPage County (331,591), and Lake County (231,426).

On the other hand, Pope County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,988), followed by Pulaski County (2,024), and Hardin County (2,087).
