Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 3,862,538; and represented 59.73% of the total Illinois female population in 2020.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,102,029), followed by DuPage County (305,219), and Will County (215,102).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,574), followed by Alexander County (1,655), and Hardin County (1,662).
