Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone female population was 4,093,500; and represented 62.40% of the total Illinois female population in 2014.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,159,197), followed by DuPage County (326,772), and Will County (226,803).

On the other hand, Pulaski County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone female population (1,882), followed by Pope County (1,902), and Hardin County (1,963).
