Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2022, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,686,068; and represented 59.28% of the total Illinois male population in 2022.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,031,520), followed by DuPage County (289,770), and Will County (207,640).

On the other hand, Alexander County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,499), followed by Pulaski County (1,566), and Hardin County (1,701).
