Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the Illinois Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 3,741,379; and represented 59.64% of the total Illinois male population in 2021.

Cook County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,051,625), followed by DuPage County (294,678), and Will County (211,431).

On the other hand, Alexander County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (1,594), followed by Pulaski County (1,604), and Hardin County (1,743).
